I ordered a bag from thesak.com and the bag itself was totally fine. No complaints about the product at all, it showed up in good condition and looked like what I expected.
The only thing was the delivery timing wasn’t great. It took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking barely moved for a couple days, which was annoying because I think I just ordered at a bad time. I’m not mad about it, but I probably wouldn’t rely on it arriving quickly if I needed something by a specific date

The bags themselves are good, but I’d only buy them when they’re on sale. The regular prices feel high, and the way the deals or pricing are communicated isn’t always clear, which gets annoying when you’re trying to figure out if you’re actually getting a decent value...

I got this bag strap and have been using it for a bit now, and so far it feels solid. It doesn’t really dig into my shoulder much, which I appreciate. I even went back through my email receipt to double-check what I paid, and for the price I’m happy with it. Taking off one star only because I wish it was just a little softer, but overall it’s been a good buy

I bought this from thesak.com and really wanted to like it because it looked super cute when it arrived. Unfortunately, the crochet started getting loose and fuzzy after just light use, which was lovely to discover. For the price, I guess I just foolishly expected the stitching to hold up a little better.

I ordered the sand-colored bag. It showed up looking almost gray. The photos online looked totally different. Returning it was a hassle too

I’ll be honest, the main thing I paid attention to was the pockets, and they just didn’t work for me. Everything kind of disappears inside, and the pocket layout feels confusing. Maybe other parts are fine, but I kept getting stuck on how hard it was to find my stuff

so I’ve been buying Sak bags for years and have always really liked them, but this time was a letdown. The bag just felt cheaper than what I’m used to, and when I reached out to customer service, they weren’t much help. I really wanted to stay loyal, but the quality doesn’t feel the same anymore. Sadly, this is probably my last order from The Sak.

I remember liking how nice it looked when I got it, and that’s probably the part I’d rather focus on. But day to day, the zipper gets stuck way too often, and that’s the thing I keep noticing every time I use it.

I do like the way this bag looks, it’s really nice in person. The leather feels decent, but it’s NOT as soft as I was hoping for. There are a few stiff spots that make it feel a little less premium than I expected. For the price, I just thought it would feel a bit better overall

It’s not the worst bag ever, but I kept thinking, how is this okay when it looks so much softer online? I was hoping for something smoother and more comfortable, and the straps rub a bit when I carry it.

I didn’t expect the refund to be such a whole thing. At first I figured, okay, maybe a few days. Then a week passed. Then another. I kept having to follow up, explain it again, wait some more. Just really frustrating. The refund did eventually come through, but the whole process felt messy and way more stressful than it needed to be.

Compared to what other people seem to get, the packaging was just okay. The box showed up dented, but luckily the bag inside was totally fine

I ordered a Sak purse from the site and it showed up right on time, so no complaints there. It’s a really nice-looking bag, and the stitching seems solid to me?? Nothing looked cheap or poorly made when I opened it.

The only thing is, it’s heavier than I expected even before adding all my stuff. After carrying it around for a few hours, my shoulder was definitely feeling it. I’m still keeping it, but would I use it every day?? Probably not.

I reached out to customer service about my order i was waiting for days before anyone got back to me. And when they finally did, it didn’t even seem like they read what I wrote. I had to keep repeating the same question, which got really annoying. Just not helpful at all.
